Check-in procedures require significant improvement!!! There were serious issues with key access and communication, leaving guests stranded outside. Additionally, the shared kitchen was poorly equipped and not well maintained, leading to inconvenient experiences!!!

My stay in the Beautiful Double Room with Balcony was lovely. The views from the balcony were amazing, and I loved enjoying my morning coffee while overlooking the port. Excellent was the expansive breakfast spread, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of snacks available throughout the day.
